Discuss BD constitution

The constitution of a country is the governing system of that country. What process a country will follow, which laws will follow, which powers, which policies will be followed are in the constitution. That is, the constitution is the image of a country. Although the principle of independence is clear in the constitution of Bangladesh, how much does the government follow it? Where is the basic right of the people, the right of the people to live freely in the constitution? Where is the fair election, equal rights and fair trial? So many questions. The 11 sections of the constitution contain all the departments of the country and their responsibilities. How much does the government accept it? Even if we talked about forming a government through fair elections in the country, some of us could not vote for 15 years. Is the government obeying the constitution or is the government trying to maintain its power on the basis of the constitution? A similar precedent is seen when the opposition party also goes to the government. In fact, since independence, everyone has failed to run the government in accordance with the complete constitution.
